Overwatch players, you still have a few more days to work on your Overwatch season 3 ranks! Blizzard has just confirmed the competitive season 3 Overwatch end date, times and rewards. And no, this may not be the best time to slack off if you want to rank up.
Overwatch Season 3 end date is scheduled for Feb. 21 at 4PM Pacific time or that will be Feb. 22 at Midnight UTC. So for those competitive players, work harder to get a higher rank and more points so as to unlock golden weapon skins.
In addition, Blizzard also revealed that Overwatch Season 4 launch is set for a week later, that is on Feb. 28, Tuesday at 4PM PST or March 1 midnight GMT. While there may not be much Overwatch Season 4 details given yet, Jeff Kapan, game director, has already stated that players can expect new tweaks.
“Throughout Season 3, we’ve been listening to the community and modifying our plans based on your feedback. We really appreciate hearing your opinions, and can’t thank you enough for taking the time to help us make Overwatch better. We’re always excited about the future of Competitive Play, and we’ll be talking more about Season 4 in the coming weeks,” Blizzard said in a statement.
Overwatch Season 3 Rewards
And for those who joined season 3 and have finished at least 10 placement matches can expect to get a spray and player icon which is a logo showing Volskaya Industries background. On the other hand, those who reached the top 500 players on the system of their choice, they will get a top 500 icon plus an animated spray version.
Season 3 Overwatch rewards are in competitive points given every time a player reaches a rank level. Here it is:
- Bronze – SR 1-499 – 100 CP
- Silver – SR 1500-1999 – 200 CP
- Gold – SR 2000-2499 – 400 CP
- Platinum – SR 2500-2999 – 800 CP
- Diamond – SR 3000-3499 – 1200 CP
- Master – SR 3500-3999 – 2000 CP
- Grandmaster – SR 4000-5000 – 3000 CP
